What is the return policy?
We happily accept returns within 14 days from date of delivery, for full retail priced items in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for either a refund, exchange, or store credit. This should be initiated through our returns portal.
Returns costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and are to be paid for by the buyer.

When submitting your return request, you can choose from:
Domestic orders (UK ONLY) :

- Exchange (subject to availability)
International orders:
- Refund (issued to the original payment method)
- Store Credit
Please note: Exchanges are not available for international orders.
Return Guidelines
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and unworn, or the return will not be accepted.
- Initial shipping costs for returns or missed deliveries are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment.
- Items damaged during transit will be sent back to you.
Processing Time
- Returns are generally processed within 5 business days after being received by our Returns Department.
- Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund or store credit to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges (Domestic Orders Only)
Exchange orders are dispatched once the returned item has been received and reviewed by our Returns Department. You will be notified as soon as your exchange has been shipped.
Sale Returns Policy
Items discounted above 20% are considered sale items. Sale items are not eligible for refunds and can only be exchanged.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost and will i incur customs,duties & taxes?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Import Duties & Taxes (DDP Shipping)
For the United States and Australia, orders will be shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid basis, This means GETREDDIE LTD pays import duties and taxes on your behalf at the time of shipment.
These charges are included in your order total and are non-refundable in the event of a return, as they are paid directly to customs authorities.
If you return an item, duties and taxes cannot be recovered and will not be refunded.
If any additional customs,duties or taxes are incurred this is the responsibility of the customer, GETREDDIE LTD cannot cover these costs.
